The Miller Law Group LLC was founded by partner Andrew Miller on the premise that a small law firm can provide benefits and advantages not available in a large or a mid-size law firm. The foundation for this premise includes trust, accessibility, accountability, responsiveness, toughness, reasonable rates and honest billing practices, along with skilled and experienced lawyers. This is what sets them apart.
Over the years the attorneys at The Miller Law Group LLC have developed strong and loyal professional and personal relationships with its clients. The end result is a client list that includes large self insured corporations and insurance companies, along with smaller businesses and individual clients. Andrew Miller
After working for a large national law firm for six years, in 1995 Mr. Miller formed his own firm. Since founding his firm, Mr. Miller has built relationships representing multiple national fast food chains, a well known international coffee house chain, insurance companies, and other large self insured international corporations.
He has tried cases in more than twenty courthouses throughout Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin, in both state and federal courts. He has litigated cases in over forty counties throughout the Midwest. Mr. Miller has argued before the First, Second and Fifth District Appellate Courts in Illinois. He has handled appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and Indiana. Over the last twenty five years he has published articles, authored newsletters and lectured throughout the country on a variety of topics involving premises liability, product liability, dram shop and insurance coverage issues.
Mr. Miller has also coached football for more than fifteen years. He is an assistant varsity football coach at Nazareth Academy in LaGrange Park, Illinois, the 2014, 2015, 2018, 2022, 2023, and 2024 State Champions.

Elizabeth Boratto
Ms. Boratto is a co-owner of the Miller Law Group and has been with the firm since 2011. She is an experienced trial attorney whose practice is focused on complex civil litigation, including dram shop liability, premises liability, product liability, automobile accidents, contract disputes, and insurance coverage matters.
Ms. Boratto has defended clients in more than 50 counties throughout Illinois and Indiana and has handled hundreds of dram shop cases. She has extensive courtroom experience representing businesses, insurers, and individuals at all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation and discovery through motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
In addition to her litigation work, Ms. Boratto maintains an active real estate practice representing both corporations and individual property owners. She represents clients in lease and tenant-related disputes and advises homeowners and property owners in the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial real estate. This transactional experience enhances her litigation practice by allowing her to approach disputes with a practical understanding of real estate operations and risk management.
Ms. Boratto earned her Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law, where she served as an editor of the Journal of Legal Medicine. During law school, she also interned with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, further developing her interest in courtroom advocacy and trial practice.
